College Style Guide

In 2018 the College of Engineering was in desperate need of a brand refresh. Staff and faculty were using incorrect logos and kitschy typefaces with no sense for what a good representation of the College was. Seeking to unify and modernize the College’s branding, I initiated a redesign that also incorporated guidelines for staff, faculty, and the communications team to follow in order to maintain a consistent and professional brand.

Through countless prototypes, user tests, and wireframes, the style guide was finally created and has been serving the College ever since. As a result, the College has maintained a coherent brand for alumni, donors, and students to relate to and recognize.
